"This is cabin 3 Sherman. Cabin 3 back then was the closest cabin to the soccer field (and the first one you hit in Sherman). The campers were 9 or 10. The counselor is Steve Levy. (That is me in the middle of the hood (behind the shaggy blond). Steve used to play records (yes, real records) to put us to bed after devotion. I remember one of our favorites was the Grateful Dead singing Blue Suede Shoes. I still remember it quite well today. (Red and white, blue sued shoes. I'm Uncle Sam. how do you do? Give me five ....)" Recounted by Phil Margolis.
